THE MILTON CANIFF LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD is awarded by unanimous vote of the NCS Board of Directors. It is given for a lifetime of outstanding and accomplished work to a cartoonist.

James Turner did this wonderful piece for the Globe and Mail Newspaper. The story was about the wrap up of summer festivals featuring albums, concerts, dance, visual arts and Theatre.
The Rapture
